Directions for making sea moss gel
Clean sea moss to remove any sea debris and particles. Spring, alkaline or filtered water is recommended to clean and soak sea moss
Place cleaned sea moss in a large glass bowl and cover with water
Allow to sit for 12-24 hours covered at room temperature. The sea moss will expand
Add sea moss to a high powered blender, add a cup of water then blend, continue to add water until you reach desired consistency
Store in glass jar and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks or freeze in an ice cube tray for up to 3 months
Store in a cool dark place
